The provider Povem, Rok Dolinar s.p. shall commit to continuous user personal data protection in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable legislation. Paypal payment method shall take place via Paypal interface where communication between the buyer and the payment agent takes place in a secure mode and is not linked to the www.gingotalk.com system.
The provider will process and retain the aforementioned data until the complete repayment of the service, or no later than five years from the date of purchase of individual goods. If so required by the tax legislation, some information is kept until the expiration of the 10-year deadline for storage.
The provider Povem, Rok Dolinar s.p.shall use the above mentioned information for the purpose of sending information material and offers on the basis of the explicit consent of the user.
